Check-in
Please arrive approximately 15 minutes prior to your first spa/salon service. Please remember that each appointment is precisely timed and that a late arrival may cause a modification of your service. In order to honor the next scheduled appointment, your service will still end at its scheduled time. We accept Visa and Mastercard. Gratuities are not accepted on credit card sales.

Spa Services/Gift Packages/Cancellations
A credit card or Gift Certificate is required to reserve Spa Services and Packages of two hours or more. Cancellations must be made the night prior to your service date, or your Credit Card or Gift Certificate will be charged 50% of the service fee(s); 100% of service fee(s) for missed appointments.

Gift Certificates
Our gift certificates make a great incentive for employee or client award programs. We offer gift certificates for any dollar amount. Gift certificates are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Please bring your gift certificate with you for redemption. Gift purchases may be called/faxed in with the proper credit card information or purchased online at www.changesaregood.com/purchasegiftcertificates.html

Quality Service/Retail Policy
All of our salon and spa services are 100% guaranteed within 10 days of service. If for any reason you are displeased with the service you’ve received, we encourage you to let us know. Products may be returned, with moderate use, within 10 days of purchase for salon credit. No cash or charge refunds will be given. Due to health regulations, we cannot refund hair or cosmetic brushes.

Changes City Spa General Policies
City Spa is an adult environment. Minimum age is 16 for the use of our spa areas and services. Minors must be accompanied by an guardian when receiving waxing or massage services. Please ask about available options for those age 16 and under. All prices are subject to change without notice. We recommend that you do not wear any jewelry during your services.

About your Changes City Spa Visit
We have both male and female service providers. All our providers have been trained to respect the privacy of our guests. Should you have a request for either a male or female technician, please make it known at the time of reservations. If you do not make a distinction you will be scheduled with an available provider of either gender. A Changing room and shower are available for our Spa Guests.

The Sound of Silence
To preserve an ambiance of peace and tranquility, Changes City Spa is a cell phone free environment. Kindly turn off all cell phones prior to entering the spa. We ask that you speak quietly throughout the spa, particularly in waiting areas and in treatment corridors. Sorry, no children permitted in these areas.
