Making the Most of Your Changes Experience

Reservations:

Credit card, gift card, or loyalty points are required to reserve Spa Packages and Skin Treatments, Body Treatments, or Hair Color services of two hours or more in duration. For reservations from Monday through Friday, cancellations must be made at least 4 hours in advance. For Weekend reservations, cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the reservation. Failure to cancel reservations within the appropriate timeframe will result in your credit card, gift card, or loyalty points being charged 50% of the service fee(s); 100% of the service fee(s) will be charged for no-show appointments.

Arrivals:

Please arrive approximately 15 minutes prior to your first spa/salon service. Please remember that each appointment is precisely timed and that a late arrival may cause a modification of your service. In order to honor the next scheduled appointment, your service will still end at its scheduled time.

Payment:

We accept cash, check, Visa, MasterCard, Changes Gift Cards, and Changes Loyalty Points. Gratuities are not accepted on credit card transactions.

Attire:

Colors and Perms – We recommend that you change into one of our robes to avoid any discoloration to your garments.


Special Events – Wear a button-down shirt and bring in your outfit so we can match styles, especially if you are also receiving nail and cosmetic services.


Pedicures – If wearing pants, make sure you can roll them up above the knees. We are committed to safety and sanitation. We provide disposable sandals and files for our guest.


Massage, Skin & Body Treatments – Our draping policy assures that your modesty is respected at all times. Robes, sandals, and disposable undergarments are available for your comfort. We recommend that you do not wear any jewelry during Spa services.

The Spa Environment:

To preserve an ambiance of peace and tranquility, Changes City Spa is a cell phone free environment. Kindly turn off all cell phones prior to entering the spa. We ask that you speak quietly throughout the spa and pedicure corridor, particularly in waiting areas and in treatment corridors. Sorry, no children are permitted in these areas.


City Spa is an adult environment. Minimum age is 18 for the use of our spa areas and services. Minors must be accompanied by a guardian when receiving waxing or massage services. Please ask about available options for those under 18.


A changing room and shower are available for our spa clients. We have both male and female service providers. All our providers have been trained to respect the privacy of our guests. Should you have a request for either a male or female technician, please make it known at the time of reservation. If you do not make a distinction you will be scheduled with an available provider of either gender.

Quality Assurance:

All of our salon and spa services are 100% guaranteed within 10 days of service. If for any reason you are displeased with the service you’ve received, we encourage you to let us know. Products may be returned, with moderate use, within 10 days of purchase for salon credit. No cash or credit card refunds will be given. Due to health regulations, we cannot refund hair or cosmetic brushes.
