Therapeutic - This massage is recommended for specific areas of discomfort.

Sports/Deep Tissue - For the aspiring athlete or one who over uses the body.

Hot Stone Massage - Bring balance back into your body! Eliminate toxins from the body by releasing minerals from the hot Balsa stones to help replenish the body with natural earth energy properties and essential nutrients.

Ashiatsu 60-minute $85 / 90-minute $115
A barefoot massage technique using deep compression effleurage strokes that glide over the body. Gravitational force is combined with centrifugal and centripetal movements creating a structural change in the chronic, soft tissue damage. Correct application will provide deep relaxation and stimulate the lymphatic system of the body. Bars are used above the head for support and balance.
