Changes Hairstyling, City Spa and Jake’s Place began as a children’s hair salon in 1983. We have come a long way since 1983, but we pride ourselves in being able to cater to the whole family – from the youngest to the very wisest! From the bus stop to City Spa! Many of you who have been with us for years have seen our constant growth. Thank you!
