From Virginia Beach: Take I-264 West to the City Hall exit (Exit 10). Turn right onto St. Paul's Blvd. and continue straight (St. Paul's Blvd. will change into Monticello Ave.). Turn left on 21st Street, then turn right into the Twenty-First Street Pavilion shopping center at 222 West 21st Street. Travel two more traffic lights to 710 West 21st Street.

From Williamsburg/Hampton Roads Bridge Tunnel/Norfolk Naval Station: Take I-64 East to the Granby Street exit. Turn right onto Granby Street. After about 5 miles (at the Virginia Zoo), bear right at the light to follow Granby Street. Turn right on 21st Street, then turn right into the Twenty-First Street Pavilion shopping center at 222 West 21st Street. Travel two more traffic lights to 710 West 21st Street.

From Route 17: Take Route 17 South to I-664 South. Follow I-664 South to I-264 East. Go through Downtown Tunnel and follow the St. Paul's Blvd. sign to the red light. Turn right onto St. Paul's Blvd. and continue straight (St. paul's Blvd. will change into Monticello Ave.). Turn left onto 21st Street, then turn right into the Twenty-First Street Pavilion shopping center at 222 West 21st Street. Travel two more traffic lights to 710 West 21st Street.


Cancellations

We ask that you notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you are unable to keep your appointment.


Spa Services / Gift Package Cancellations

Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Gift Certificate is required to reserve Spa Services and Gift Packages of two hours or more. Cancellations must be made the night prior to your service date, or a 50% charge to your Credit Card or Gift Certificate will be debited. Missed appointments will be charged at 100% service total, on the day of the scheduled service.


Gift Certificates

Our gift certificates make a great incentive for employee or client award programs. We offer gift certificates for any dollar amount. Gift certificates are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Please bring your gift certificate with you for redemption.

Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday: 9:00am - 8:00pm
Fridays: 9:00am - 7:00pm

Appointments

Please arrive on time. We realize there will be times when a guest will be late for an appointment. In such instances, the allotted time will be shortened with no fee adjustment. Arriving late for any service may require us to shorten the length of the service, change the technician or reschedule.

All of our salon and spa services are 100% guaranteed within 10 days of service. If for any reason you are displeased with the service you’ve received, we encourage you to let us know. We would like to have the opportunity to make things right for you. We also want to stay aware of how to improve or change the way we do things if problems occur.


Retail Policy

We are proud to offer you high quality professional salon/spa products for your at-home use. Products may be returned, with moderate use, within 10 days of purchase for salon credit. No cash or charge refunds will be given. Due to health regulations, we cannot refund hair or cosmetic brushes.

Age 62 and Better/Student Discount/Military Discount: Monday thru Friday, we offer 10% off any one service of your choice.

We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express. Gift purchases may be called/faxed in with the proper credit card information. Gratuities are accepted on credit card sales.
